2026-10-07 (review against the code)

Every page was checked against the code and corrected. Where the manual and the code disagreed, the code won.

  • New page: Getting access and support. It names who to contact, the steps to go live, and says that withdrawing and closing a deposit are done in the property-manager app.
  • Open a deposit: every value is a JSON string. tenantCivilStatus is required for a natural person. tenantDomicile is always required for a legal entity. tenantPlaceOfBirth does not exist and was removed. allowInvestment accepts true, false, 1, and 0 only. A further tenant is only read when its tenantNType is sent, and then all of its fields are required. reason is localized and not a stable code. The page now lists the property-manager matching rules, the owner-address replacement, and the first-digit street split.
  • Contract status: the six values of state (including draft_editing and withdrawn), and the unknown-organization case is HTTP 500 and not 401. The key is separate from the one for opening deposits.
  • Document callback: which partner receives which document, pay-out files, retries, and the Custom x-is-closing: true. Propbase insurance documents.
  • Flatfox: the response carries tenantRegistrationUrl, and incomplete data becomes a draft. The aborted call has no document part.
  • Emonitor: reason is separated by ; .
  • URL import: Rimo R5 and ImmoTop2 are recognized from Gender1. New notes on dates, Warranty, phone numbers, domicile, and the sign-in redirect.
  • 365immo: error reasons of the opening signal, how the report and the signal combine, retries.
  • GaraioREM v2: the report columns and rules, processingState is an object with four languages, pay-out message, document prefixes Evorest_01_ to Evorest_06_, tasks.
  • OpenAPI: tenants 2 to 4, optional house numbers, tenantRegistrationUrl, the six states.

First public manual.

  • The shared webhook paths are /webhook/custom, /webhook/woonig, /webhook/emonitor, /webhook/flatfox, and /webhook/propbase. There is no /webhook/partner.
  • A duplicate externalContractId returns HTTP 500 with result: skipped.
  • URL import recognizes Source=AbaImmo and Source=Immob10 only. Source=CustomURL is not a source.
  • Woonig does not receive pay-in or pay-out PDFs.
