Evorest partner docs
Evorest holds a rental deposit (Mietkaution) for a tenancy. A partner system opens that deposit by sending the tenancy, the property, and the tenants. Evorest then asks the tenant to sign and pay.
These pages describe that contract. They do not describe the property-manager or tenant applications.

Use test while you build. Evorest creates the test organization. Ask us which email address to register.

365immo and GaraioREM v2 use their own flows. They are not the shared webhook.

Evorest issues the API key for each organization. These pages never contain a real key. Examples use the placeholder <your-api-key>. Do not call the webhook from a browser on this site. The calls create real deposits.
